Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.

All sales are considered final once payment has been completed, except in cases of incorrect, defective, or damaged products as outlined below.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind after a purchase has been completed.

2. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • The product was expired at the time of delivery

To qualify, please ensure:

  • You contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  3. A brief description of the issue

Our support team will aim to respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that unauthorized returns (items sent without prior approval) will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect items:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery, and

  • Include relevant photos of the parcel, products, and shipping label.

We will review and, if verified, arrange for a replacement shipment or refund, depending on stock availability.

5. Other Issues or Reactions

If you experience any unexpected reaction or encounter other issues with our products, please contact us immediately with full details and photos.

Our team will review your case and respond with appropriate support or guidance.

Except as specifically stated in this policy, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to change of mind, personal dissatisfaction, or results that differ from individual expectations.

As every person’s skin, body, and metabolism are unique, results can vary.

6. Shipping Costs and Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend returning items using a trackable, insured courier service and ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage in transit.

  • We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or untraceable parcels sent back without tracking.

7. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

  • Refunds cover the product amount only; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order after your refund is confirmed.

9. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For safety and quality assurance, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage

  • Promotional, sample, or clearance items

  • Gift cards and digital vouchers

10. Order Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once your order is processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
