• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed after 3PM will be processed on the next business day.

• During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.

• Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

• Our products are couriered directly to your doorstep by our logistics partners.

• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

• Shipping is free for all orders with no minimum spending required. 

• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

• We currently do not ship internationally. We’re refining our logistics to ensure the best experience- international shipping will be available soon. Thankyou for your kind understanding. 

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and link to monitor delivery progress in real time.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel:

• The order may be returned to our warehouse.

• A re-delivery fee will apply for subsequent shipping attempts.

• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before checkout.
